Thoughts! We all find ourselves caught in this and struggle to handle these at some point of time. Thoughts become our actions, our actions create our destiny. This is so true whenever we think about this. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 π‘·π’π’˜π’†π’“ 𝒐𝒇 π‘»π’‰π’π’–π’ˆπ’‰π’•π’” has been written around this dilemma of our lives. The book explains the concept of thoughts, how negative thoughts generates and how we can remove those. Also, much more! This is my first book from the author and I was glued with the wisdom this book offers. The incidents used as an example after every theory is something which made it more relatable. The excerpts (Sholka) used from the Gita is really commendable along with the meaning. Loved the language and how every line of the elucidates the concept the book through out is equally captivating. When I had started reading this book, I could not stop myself to complete this book, since it has such amazing offerings which everyone struggles in their lives.
