In this book readers will find so many practical approaches which are not effective to adapt but also almost without spending money as well.


Many non fiction and transformative books come with so much preach, which our hard to practice. And those ideas remains in the book the moment we close our books!


But in this books the approaches like breathing exercises, eating our veggies right, gratitude, show our love to someone and other opinion doesn't matter. As those are not facts. I could underscore many take aways from this book which I'm going to adapt and would cherish.


Kudos to Luke to jotted down learning in such a simple and practical way.
