Beginning from the cover of the book, which is one of the highlights and equally captivating for readers as well. The bright hues in the cover made reader's to gauge the story through cover.

Coming to the book, this is my first book of the author Ms. Anuradha Roy and now I'm equally excited to dive myself into other literary pieces she has written. While reading the book I always look for the narration and the language to be specific. I was completely blown while reading this.

Let's begin the story now, The Earthspinner has been written in non linear narration ( one of my favourite narration) and this successfully holds the readers interest in the events which encompasses thorough the story. Sometimes, the storytelling through non- linear narration becomes the tedious task for the readers to understand about the story without getting baffled. However, breaking the norms Ms. Roy has beautifully knitted the elements of fiction, relationship , grief , belongings in this book quite brilliantly.

The visualisation of the fiction through author's mind is something which transcends through words. The transition of places ( from India to England) through different continents, personalities, emotions, characters are simply smooth to follow and understand.

The story has been narrated from POV of Elango who hails from the India and also a Potter. Sara, Zohra and Chinna are also part of the story. Sara who is in England and enjoy pottery. Her sister who is going to school. Sara also remorse for her loss of father. But what is role of the terracotta horse and how it has been developed in the story. To know about it, grab a copy and unravel the story of this.
